The service

Aye Chief gives you an AI coach that plans meals, logs food and tracks progress toward a goal you set. These terms apply to the iPhone app and this website.

Not medical advice

The coach offers general planning help. It does not diagnose, treat or replace a doctor or dietitian. Talk to your GP before changing your diet if you have a medical condition, are pregnant, have or have had an eating disorder, or take medication that affects what you eat.

Your account

You must be 18 or over. Keep your Apple ID and email secure; you are responsible for activity on your account. You can delete your account at any time.

AI-generated content

The coach's replies are generated by AI and can be wrong. Check ingredients against your allergies and intolerances, even though the coach is told never to plan around them.

Plans and payment

Plans and prices are not yet decided. When they are, these terms will describe billing, renewals, cancellation and refunds for purchases in the app (through Apple) and on this website (through Stripe).

Acceptable use

Don't misuse the service, attempt to access other people's data, or use it to generate harmful content.

Changes and contact

We will tell you before these terms change in a way that matters. Questions go through the Help page. Governing law and the legal entity are to be confirmed.
